3-ingredient blueberry hand pies

Servings: 6

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 75 g blueberries
  • 4 tbsp confectioner's sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Utensils: baking sheet, oven, cookie cutter, cutting board, pastry brush, bowl, whisk

Preheat oven to 210°C/410°F. Cut circles out of thawed puff pastry with a round cookie cutter. Lay fresh blueberries onto each circle and fold in half. Press the edges together with a fork to seal, and poke once or twice on top to make small holes for steam to escape. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for approx. 10 min. or until golden brown.

Whisk together confectioner’s sugar and water to create a light glaze. Brush gently onto warm pies and serve immediately. Enjoy!
