Homemade golden granola with yogurt

Ingredients
Servings: 4

  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g mangos (dried)
  • 30 g raisins
  • 50 g apricots (dried)
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 50 ml walnut oil
  • 50 ml maple syrup
  • 400 g yogurt (Greek)
  • 200 g berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, red currant)
  • cinnamon for serving
  • maple syrup for serving
  • salt

Utensils
oven, cutting board, knife, large bowl, cooking spoon, baking sheet, baking paper towels, large nonstick skillet

Preheat oven to 180°C/355°F. Roughly chop hazelnuts, mangos, raisins, and apricots.

In a large bowl, combine oats, dried fruit, hazelnuts, brown sugar, walnut oil, a pinch of salt, and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly.

Spread granola evenly onto a baking sheet (lined if needed). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/°355°F for approx. 15 – 20 min. Allow to cool.

In a glass, layer the yogurt and the granola. Top with berries. Serve with more maple syrup and cinnamon for a sweeter flavor. Enjoy!
